Student Factory Nice

The new facilities had everything we needed and offered beautiful sunset views, while the staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant.

Amiable staff and a wide range of activities. Room for clothes etc. Vews of the hills. Magnificent location near to the tram stop as well as the trams and main stations of Nice. Nice surrounding, set near to the train station that takes you to the main cities in French Riviera...

Location and staff of this property were very good, we loved it. Easy check-in was appreciated. The location was incredible, within walking distance of Le Village.

As a satisfied traveler, I stayed at Student Factory in Nice for a few nights. The check-in process was convenient, with key cards easily collected from the mailbox. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony with a great view. The location was ideal, being close to the train station and having a market in the next building. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable price, which included a little kitchen and a cozy common space. I had a fantastic experience.

Great location near public transportation and train stations, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good place to rest after a day of sightseeing.

The lack of air ventilation in the room was a major issue, as there was only one door leading to the balcony for fresh air. Some amenities needed repair, such as the shower head that couldn't be adjusted properly and the missing soap in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was great, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had good water pressure. The hotel had a nice communal area, where you could relax and socialize with other guests.

The staff at the hotel were very rude and unhelpful.

The value for money at Student Factory was great, considering the size and comfort of the room. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation just a 5-minute walk away. The staff treated us well and even provided us with the code to collect our keys easily.

As for the breakfast, it could have been better if there were more options available.

During my recent stay at Student Factory, I had a great experience overall. One of the highlights of my stay was the spacious and modern design of the place. It felt really nice and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for me to relax and unwind. The location was also very convenient, with lots of shops and a big market nearby. I particularly enjoyed the balcony in my room with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and was perfect for romantic snacks. the common space where I was able to wait upon arrival was a nice touch.

Although I could leave the balcony door open for fresh air, it would have been uncomfortable if the weather had been bad or if the door had to remain shut. some items in the room needed repair, such as the shower head that couldn't be adjusted properly and the missing soap in the bathroom basin.

The stay was mind-blowing! The open space for work was super useful and the contact-free check-in process was a breeze. The cute balcony was a plus and the location couldn't be more ideal, with a short 20-minute walk to the beach. We received a warm welcome, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the views from the small balcony were jaw-dropping. The staff was new and working great, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, close to the train station and tramway, with a supermarket nearby. The big balcony with its beautiful view was a definite highlight. it was a fantastic stay with helpful and welcoming staff.
